Tracking Your Order: Use your local carrier's tracking features to monitor your package. You can also use the "17Track.net" website for additional tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take 2-4 days from the time of purchase to reflect.

Delivery Times

United States: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping.

Canada: Orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping.

International Orders: Delivery may take 5-12 business days, although packages often arrive sooner. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

Responsibility for Delivered Packages: If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Cancellations and Changes

After Shipping: Address changes cannot be made after shipping. If you no longer want the product, you may return it after delivery.
